So this is an idea that's been kicking in my head since around 2018 or so. I was thinking one day randomly about how tavern songs could translate well to punk, and then the entire arrangement idea of "Bash the Dragon" kinda just manifested in my mind.

Really went with an anthemic punk feel, heavily influenced by bands like Rise Against and Anti-Flag; the kind of punk that tends to be *really* political. And yes, that is indeed me singing! Been a while since I laid down an entire track's worth of clean vocals -- or at least as clean as they can get for a song like this.

This world has lived in shadow from a pair of demon's wings,
but none here fear the future or the darkness that it brings.
The monster puts on quite a show, expecting us to yield,
